Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Jay Wolf Coaching, and they apply when you enquire through this site or sign up for coaching. By sending the contact form you confirm you have read them.

Coaching is delivered online: a personalised training and nutrition plan, regular check-ins, and support between them. Exactly what is included, and how often, depends on the plan you choose and is confirmed with you before you start.

Coaching is not medical advice. If you have a health condition, an injury, or any doubt about exercising, speak to a doctor before you start, and tell me about anything relevant.

You take part at your own risk and stay responsible for your own health and safety while training.

Prices are shown on the site and confirmed before you sign up. Payment is due as agreed for your plan. If a payment is missed I may pause coaching until it is up to date.

Coaching is front-loaded on purpose. Your plan is built from the information you provide me on the first call, your meal plan is normally ready within about five working days and followed by a call on it, and your training programme is written and then adjusted with you across the first two weeks.

Because a substantial part of the coaching service is delivered shortly after payment - including your initial consultation, planning, meal plan and training programme - payments are non-refundable once coaching has started. You receive significant value from the service early in the coaching process, rather than at the end of the period you have paid for.

Give me accurate information, keep in reasonable contact, and use the plan sensibly. The results of coaching depend on your own effort and consistency, and cannot be guaranteed.

The plans and materials I give you are for your own personal use. Please do not share, resell or publish them.

I do not limit or exclude liability for anything that cannot be excluded by law, including death or personal injury caused by negligence. Beyond that, I am not liable for loss that could not reasonably have been expected.

I may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page, with the date above. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
